SALISBURY REQUEST

There are two 'Inclusive Churches' in Salisbury, St Michael's on Bemerton Heath and St Thomas's in the city centre. We're looking at ways to actively realise LGBT inclusivity and to that end are planning a relaxed casual 'drop-in' evening for all LGBTI+, open to all (non-religious as well as Christians), no dogma, just a welcoming safe space away from the usual pubs-clubs scene (probably a community centre or similar).
So, at this stage I'm just looking for feedback, ideas, inspiration etc. from anyone who may have set up anything similar.
What works, what doesn't, pros and cons...
